CHILDREN'S EASY FUDGE 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. butter
Combine sugar and cocoa in saucepan. Add milk. Bring to a boil. Add butter. Cook, uncovered, over low heat to 250 to 268 degrees (hard-ball stage). Pour into buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares.
