CHILDREN'S CHOICE CHICKEN AND RICE 1 (4 lb.) chicken 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. rice 2 soup cans water
Mix soups, water, and rice. Pour into greased 9x13 inch casserole or pan. Arrange chicken, cut into serving pieces, on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover, continue baking for 1/2 to 3/4 hour longer, until chicken is browned and liquid is absorbed. Serves 5-6.
